The FMW forged-milled wheels are lighter and stronger, allowing for higher wheel speeds and quicker spooling thanks to a larger compressor blade surface area combined with a smaller inducer. This setup is rated for approximately 550 horsepower, depending on your truck's configuration, and features a BD exclusive heavy-sprung wastegate integrated into a T3 turbine housing that mounts directly onto stock exhaust manifolds, helping to prevent over-speed damage and hold boost effectively. The included turnbuckle boost control makes adjustments for altitude or tuning easier.

This kit is designed as a complete bolt-on replacement for your factory turbo, aiming to provide more power, better response, and increased reliability. The turbo itself features an 80mm turbine wheel with a 0.80 A/R ratio and a 63mm compressor wheel, capable of flowing 79 lb./min.
