Belltech ND2 OEM Shock

Belltech designed the ND2 OEM shock line with a large 55mm body diameter and a twin-tube design. This setup allows for a greater volume of oil, which helps with heat dissipation and leads to a longer shock life. The engineers focused on tuning the low-speed compression and rebound forces to give daily driver trucks and SUVs a factory-style ride comfort while also improving road feel and grip.

The shock valving is sensitive to small movements thanks to a low-friction sealing and guide system, and it can handle extreme conditions without significant temperature increases. A hardened chrome 12.5mm piston rod and a 30mm piston with low-friction Teflon seals contribute to durability. Belltech also includes a steel dust cover to protect the piston rod and sealing system from UV exposure and chemicals, and tuned rubber bushings help reduce noise, vibration, and harshness.
