The 304 stainless steel mid-pipe on this Big Gun EVO U Series slip-on exhaust is a solid starting point for improved performance on your Honda Rubicon 500 ES. This exhaust is built specifically for utility ATVs and side-by-sides, aiming to replace that restrictive stock system with something that sounds and performs much better. You'll notice a deep, throaty tone that's a far cry from the stock setup.

The muffler itself is an oval-shaped aluminum unit with a high-temperature black thermal coating, designed to offer maximum clearance on your machine. It also comes with a removable screen-type spark arrestor, which is important for trail riding. A black powder-coated stainless steel end tip finishes off the look, and the muffler bracket is TIG welded for strength. You also get a Vortex Quiet Insert, which can help reduce sound levels if needed. Expect significant horsepower and torque gains over the stock exhaust, and it's considerably lighter too.
