The hard anodized oval shaped aluminum muffler on this Big Gun EVO R Series slip-on exhaust is built tough. It's designed to give your 2001-2005 Yamaha Raptor 660 improved performance and a much better sound than the stock system. This exhaust is handmade in the USA, drawing on Big Gun's long history of making power for off-road vehicles.

You'll notice a difference with this exhaust. It's lighter than the original, helping your Raptor feel more agile. The 304 stainless steel mid-pipe is TIG welded for strength, and the muffler bracket is reinforced to handle the demands of off-road riding. A removable screen-type spark arrestor is included, which is important for trail riding. The red powder coated stainless steel end tip adds a nice visual touch.
