The TIG welded 304 stainless steel mid and head pipes on this Big Gun Evo M Series exhaust are built to last. This full system is designed specifically for the Kawasaki KLX 110 and KLX 110L models from 2003 through 2023, aiming to get more power and a distinct sound out of your mini bike.
You'll notice a sleeker muffler design that allows for better clearance, paired with a black powder-coated specialty aluminum body for a clean look. It also comes with a removable screen-type spark arrestor, which is handy for trail riding. The black powder-coated stainless steel end tip completes the stealthy appearance. This system is lighter than the stock exhaust, and it's handmade in the USA, aiming for noticeable horsepower and torque gains.
This exhaust system is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. It includes a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty.
