The oval-shaped aluminum muffler on this Big Gun EVO U Series slip-on exhaust is coated with a high-temperature black thermal coating, giving it a tough look that's ready for work. This exhaust is built specifically for utility ATVs and Side x Sides, aiming to replace restrictive stock systems with something that offers a much deeper and more powerful sound. If you're looking to move away from that stock, tinny exhaust note, this is a solid option.

You'll notice a significant increase in horsepower and torque thanks to the improved flow of this system. The mid-pipe is constructed from 304 stainless steel, and the entire unit is considerably lighter than the original exhaust. It also features a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip and a TIG welded reinforced muffler bracket for added durability. A removable screen-type spark arrestor is included, and it also comes with a Vortex Quiet Insert if you need to dial back the sound a bit.
