This slip-on exhaust is specifically made for the 2006-2008 Arctic Cat 400 AUTO 4x4 FIS, designed to handle even the most demanding riding conditions. It's constructed from high-strength 304 stainless steel from the inlet to the tip, making it their most durable exhaust offering.

They took their popular EXO Series design and beefed it up by swapping out aluminum components for stainless steel. The muffler itself is rugged 304 stainless steel, and the base plate is TIG-welded for added strength. Inside, internal sound wave altering technology helps create a deeper, more tolerable exhaust tone. You'll also notice a stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet, which allows for more volume, and the hexagon-shaped housing further contributes to increased volume and performance.

This exhaust is handmade in the USA and includes a removable screen-type spark arrestor, which is important for trail riding. The black powder-coated stainless steel end tip gives it a finished look. Expect significant horsepower and torque gains with this upgrade, and the reinforced muffler bracket(s) are TIG welded for extra durability.
