The unique hexagon-shaped aluminum muffler housing on this Big Gun EXO Series exhaust system is designed to handle the demands of larger, more powerful sport ATV motors. This ground-up approach allows for significantly more internal volume compared to standard round mufflers. This increased volume helps to decrease heat and deliver a deeper, more tolerable exhaust tone, while also contributing to notable horsepower and torque gains for your 2006-2010 Suzuki LT-R 450 QUADRACER.

Inside, special sound wave altering technology works to achieve that deep sound without being overly loud. The system features a stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet, which also adds to the increased volume and durability. The mid-pipe and head pipe are constructed from 304 stainless steel for longevity, and the entire system is TIG welded for strong, reliable connections. This exhaust is handmade in the USA and includes a removable screen-type spark arrestor, a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip, and a lightweight brushed aluminum muffler body.
