Big Gun 06-14 Honda TRX 450R EXO Aluminum Full System Exhaust

This Big Gun EXO Series full system exhaust includes a lightweight brushed aluminum muffler, a 304 stainless steel mid-pipe/head pipe, a stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet, a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip, and a removable screen-type spark arrestor. It's designed to handle the demands of larger, more powerful sport ATV motors, offering a significant increase in horsepower and torque compared to the stock system.

The unique hexagon-shaped, large-diameter aluminum muffler housing provides substantially more internal volume. This increased volume helps to produce a louder, deep exhaust tone that is still tolerable, while also working to decrease heat. Inside, the muffler utilizes sound wave altering technology to further refine the exhaust note. The inlet is constructed from stamped 304 stainless steel, and the mid-pipe and head pipe are also made from durable 304 stainless steel. For added peace of mind, a TIG-welded reinforced muffler bracket is included for a solid mounting point.
