This Big Gun EXO Series full system exhaust kit includes the complete exhaust system, a removable screen-type spark arrestor, and all necessary mounting hardware. It's designed to fit 2006 through 2014 Yamaha Raptor 700 models, offering a significant upgrade over the stock exhaust. The EXO Series was developed to meet the demands of high-performance sport ATVs, providing a larger muffler that can handle more powerful engines.

What sets this system apart is its unique hexagon-shaped aluminum muffler housing. This large diameter design allows for substantially more internal volume, which helps create a deeper, more tolerable exhaust tone while also working to decrease heat buildup. The inlet is constructed from stamped 304 stainless steel with a coned shape, further contributing to increased volume and improved flow. Inside, special technology alters sound waves to achieve that desirable deep sound without being overly loud. The mid-pipe and head pipe are also made from durable 304 stainless steel, and the muffler bracket(s) are TIG welded for strength. You'll also find a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip for a clean look.

Beyond the sound and heat management, this exhaust system is engineered to deliver noticeable horsepower and torque gains, making your Raptor 700 feel more responsive.
