Big Gun 07-13 Honda RANCHER 420 EVO U Series Slip On Exhaust

This is the Big Gun EVO U Series slip-on exhaust system for your 2007-2013 Honda Rancher 420. If you're looking to replace that stock exhaust with something that sounds much more aggressive and helps your ATV perform better, this is a solid option. It's built to give your Rancher a deep, throaty sound that really lets you know it's working.

The muffler itself is made from oval-shaped aluminum with a high-temperature black thermal coating, and it's designed to give you plenty of clearance. You also get a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip and a TIG-welded bracket for a strong connection. The mid-pipe is constructed from 304 stainless steel, making it much lighter than the original factory pipe. It comes with a removable screen-type spark arrestor and a Vortex Quiet Insert, so you can tune the sound and meet certain requirements.

This system is handmade in the USA and is designed to provide significant horsepower and torque gains over your stock exhaust. Keep in mind that this exhaust is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
