Big Gun 07-14 Kawasaki KFX 450R EXO Aluminum Full System Exhaust

This is the Big Gun EXO Series full system exhaust, designed specifically for the 2007 through 2014 Kawasaki KFX 450R sport ATV. If you're looking to get more out of your KFX 450R's engine, this exhaust system is built to handle the demands of more powerful, larger displacement motors. It's a complete system, meaning it replaces your stock head pipe, mid-pipe, and muffler, allowing for a significant increase in horsepower and torque.

The EXO Series features a unique, large-volume hexagon-shaped aluminum muffler. This design, combined with a stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet, allows for substantially more internal volume. This increased volume helps create a deeper, more tolerable exhaust tone while also working to reduce heat buildup. The system also includes internal sound wave altering technology to further refine the exhaust note. For added versatility, a removable screen-type spark arrestor is included, and the muffler is finished with a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip. The mid-pipe and head pipe are constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, and the muffler bracket(s) are TIG welded for strength.

This exhaust system is handmade in the USA and is a lightweight option compared to the stock setup. Please note that this exhaust system is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
