The stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet on this Big Gun EXO Series exhaust is designed to handle the demands of larger, more powerful sport ATV motors. This slip-on system is built from the ground up to offer a bigger and better muffler experience for your 2007-2014 Kawasaki KFX 450R. It’s a handmade, USA-built exhaust that aims to give you a noticeable boost in horsepower and torque.

What sets the EXO Series apart is its unique hexagon-shaped aluminum muffler housing. This larger diameter allows for significantly more internal volume, which helps create a deeper, more tolerable exhaust tone while also working to decrease heat. The system includes internal sound wave altering technology to further refine the sound. You also get a removable screen-type spark arrestor, a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip, and TIG welded reinforced muffler brackets for solid mounting.
