This exhaust system is designed to handle the demands of larger sport ATV motors, offering a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque. The unique hexagon-shaped aluminum muffler housing allows for significantly more internal volume compared to standard round mufflers. This not only contributes to a deeper, more tolerable exhaust tone but also helps to reduce heat buildup.

The construction features a stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet, which further enhances exhaust volume. The mid-pipe and head pipe are also made from 304 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.
