This is the Big Gun EXO Series full system exhaust specifically made for your 2009-2023 Yamaha YFZ 450R. If you're looking to get more out of your sport ATV's engine, this exhaust system is designed to handle the demands of larger, more powerful motors. It's a ground-up redesign focused on increasing volume and improving sound quality.

The EXO Series features a unique, large-diameter hexagon-shaped aluminum muffler. This design significantly increases the muffler's internal volume, which helps create a deeper, more tolerable exhaust tone while also reducing heat. The inlet is stamped from 304 stainless steel and shaped like a cone, further contributing to increased volume and improved exhaust flow. You'll notice a significant gain in horsepower and torque thanks to this updated design. The mid-pipe and head pipe are also constructed from 304 stainless steel for durability, and the entire system is TIG welded with reinforced brackets for solid mounting.

This system comes with a removable screen-type spark arrestor, which is important for trail riding and helps prevent fires.
