Big Gun 09-23 Yamaha YFZ 450R EXO Aluminum Slip On Exhaust

This Big Gun EXO Series slip-on exhaust is built for the 2009-2023 Yamaha YFZ 450R. It's designed to handle the demands of more powerful sport ATV engines, offering a noticeable improvement in both sound and performance. The unique hexagon-shaped aluminum muffler and stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet work together to increase internal volume, which helps create a deeper, more tolerable exhaust tone while also reducing heat.

The EXO Series represents a ground-up approach to muffler design. Its large diameter, hexagon housing allows for significantly more volume compared to stock. Inside, special technology alters sound waves for that deeper tone, and the included removable screen-type spark arrestor helps keep things legal and safe. The mid-pipe is made from 304 stainless steel, and the muffler itself is lightweight brushed aluminum. Everything is TIG welded for strength, including the reinforced muffler bracket, and it's topped off with a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip. This exhaust is handmade in the USA.

When installing this exhaust, you can expect a direct fit slip-on application. It's designed to bolt up to your existing mid-pipe. Remember that this exhaust is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
