The 304 stainless steel mid-pipe and head pipe on this Big Gun EVO R Series dual exhaust system are TIG welded for a strong, reliable connection. This system is built for the 2013-2014 Honda CRF 450R, offering a significant upgrade over the stock setup. It’s designed to shed weight and unlock noticeable gains in horsepower and torque, all while giving your bike a much more aggressive sound.

The muffler itself features a sleek, oval-shaped aluminum body that’s hard anodized for durability and maximum clearance. A red powder-coated stainless steel end tip adds a touch of style. For off-road use, a removable screen-type spark arrestor is included, which is important for trail riding and preventing wildfires. The reinforced muffler bracket is also TIG welded, ensuring it holds up under the stresses of riding.

This exhaust system is handmade in the USA and is considerably lighter than the stock exhaust. While it offers substantial performance improvements, please note that it is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. It comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty.
