Big Gun 14-16 Polaris ACE 325 EVO U Series Full System Exhaust

Big Gun is known for making powersports exhausts that really let your machine breathe and sound aggressive. This exhaust system is constructed with a 304 stainless steel mid-pipe and head pipe for solid durability and corrosion resistance, topped off with black powder-coated stainless steel end tips. The muffler itself is an oval-shaped aluminum unit with a high-temperature black thermal coating, shaped to give you the most clearance possible when you’re out on the trail. It’s TIG welded with reinforced brackets, showing the care that goes into making these by hand in the USA. You also get Vortex Quiet Inserts and removable screen-type spark arrestors included, so you can tune the sound and meet trail requirements.
