The EVO U Series features high-temperature black thermal coated oval aluminum mufflers that are shaped for maximum clearance, so you don't have to worry about them getting in the way during tough rides. The mid-pipe and head pipes are constructed from 304 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, while the end tips are black powder-coated stainless steel. TIG welding is used on the reinforced muffler brackets for added strength. This system also includes removable screen-type spark arrestors, which are important for off-road safety, and Vortex Quiet Inserts to help manage sound levels when needed.
