The muffler itself is a sleek, oval-shaped aluminum unit with a high-temperature black thermal coating, designed to provide maximum clearance on your machine. It comes with a removable screen-type spark arrestor, which is important for trail riding and helps keep you compliant with local regulations. The mid-pipe is made from 304 stainless steel for good durability, and the whole assembly is TIG welded for strength, including the reinforced muffler bracket. You also get a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip, and Big Gun includes a Vortex Quiet Insert if you want to dial back the sound a bit.
