What you get with this Big Gun EXO Series full system exhaust is a complete package designed to boost the performance of your 2015-2023 Yamaha Raptor 700. This system includes a lightweight brushed aluminum muffler with a unique hexagon-shaped housing, a stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet, a 304 stainless steel mid-pipe/head pipe, a removable screen-type spark arrestor, and a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip. It’s handmade in the USA and built to handle the demands of larger, more powerful sport ATV motors.

The EXO Series was developed with a focus on increasing muffler volume without sacrificing sound quality or increasing heat. The large, hexagon-shaped aluminum muffler housing allows for significantly more internal volume compared to traditional round mufflers. This increased volume, combined with internal sound wave altering technology, helps produce a louder, deep exhaust tone that's still tolerable. The stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet is also designed to contribute to this increased volume and improved flow. You can expect notable horsepower and torque gains from this well-built system. The TIG welded reinforced muffler bracket ensures a solid mounting point.

This full system is designed for a direct fit on your Yamaha Raptor 700, and it comes with a removable screen-type spark arrestor, which is important for trail riding.
