Big Gun is known for making performance exhaust systems for powersports vehicles. This Dura-Pak Packing Kit is designed to help you get more time out of your Big Gun muffler before needing to repack it. Mufflers that use packing material eventually need maintenance, and this kit helps you extend those intervals, meaning less downtime and more riding.

This kit includes a 15-inch packing pillow made from loose-fill packing material that's condensed into a casing, resembling a pillow for easier installation. It also comes with a 15-inch specialty screen made of steel wool for added longevity. This setup is rated for about 50 hours of ride time and helps keep the overall heat down in your muffler, which in turn helps maintain the power gains from your exhaust system while keeping noise levels consistent. It's compatible with most current and older Big Gun exhaust systems.
