This is the Big Gun EVO U Series slip-on exhaust system for your 2017-2023 Polaris Sportsman 850 or Sportsman 850 SP. If you're looking to replace that stock exhaust with something that sounds much more aggressive and helps your machine breathe better, this is a solid option. It's built specifically for utility ATVs and Side x Sides, so it's made to handle the demands of off-road use.

The muffler itself is made from aluminum with a high-temperature black thermal coating, shaped to give you plenty of clearance when you're out on the trail. It comes with a removable screen-type spark arrestor to keep you compliant and a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip. The mid-pipe is constructed from 304 stainless steel and is TIG welded for strength, including a reinforced muffler bracket. You'll also find it's significantly lighter than the stock exhaust, which can make a difference in how your Sportsman handles. Big Gun claims this system offers massive horsepower and torque gains, giving your ATV a more potent feel.
