Starting with the hexagon-shaped, large-diameter housing, this Big Gun EXO Stainless Dual Slip On Exhaust is built to handle serious off-road use on your 2019-2022 Honda Talon 1000R or 1000X. The entire system, from the mid-pipe to the muffler, is constructed from high-strength 304 stainless steel, a material known for its resilience in harsh conditions. This means you get a well-built exhaust that can stand up to the rigors of the trail.

Inside, Big Gun uses a unique sound wave altering technology to create a deeper exhaust tone that's still tolerable for long rides. The stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet helps increase the volume of exhaust gases the muffler can handle. You'll also notice a significant increase in horsepower and torque, giving your Talon more grunt when you need it. For added versatility, a removable screen-type spark arrestor is included, and the system is finished off with a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip. The muffler bracket is TIG welded for extra strength, ensuring it stays put no matter how rough the terrain gets.
