Big Gun 19-22 Yamaha YZ 250F EXO Aluminum Full System Exhaust

This is the Big Gun EXO Series full system exhaust, designed specifically for your 2019-2022 Yamaha YZ 250F. You'll receive the complete exhaust system, including the aluminum muffler, stainless steel mid-pipe, and a removable screen-type spark arrestor. This system is built to handle the demands of more powerful MX motors, offering a significant increase in both horsepower and torque.

The EXO Series features a unique, large-diameter hexagon-shaped aluminum muffler housing. This design allows for substantially more internal volume, which helps create a louder, deep exhaust tone while also reducing heat. The inlet is constructed from stamped 304 stainless steel with a coned shape to further increase volume. Inside, special technology alters sound waves to achieve that deep, tolerable sound. The mid-pipe is made from durable 304 stainless steel, and the muffler bracket(s) are TIG welded for strength. The system is finished with a lightweight, brushed aluminum muffler and a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip.

Included with this system is a removable screen-type spark arrestor, which is important for trail riding and helps prevent wildfires.
