Big Gun 19-23 Honda CRF 450X EXO Aluminum Slip On Exhaust

This Big Gun EXO Series slip-on exhaust is built for the 2019-2023 Honda CRF 450X. It's designed to handle the demands of modern, powerful MX engines, offering a noticeable step up from the stock system. The unique hexagon-shaped aluminum muffler and stainless steel coned inlet work together to increase internal volume, which helps create a deeper, more tolerable exhaust tone while also reducing heat.

The EXO Series started with a goal to create a larger, more capable muffler. This system achieves that with a ground-up design. Inside, special technology alters sound waves for that improved tone. The stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet is key to allowing more volume, and the large diameter hexagon housing further contributes to this. You'll also find a removable screen-type spark arrestor included, and a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip for a clean look. The muffler bracket(s) are TIG welded for strength, and the entire system is handmade in the USA. Expect significant horsepower and torque gains, along with a lightweight brushed aluminum muffler and a 304 stainless steel mid-pipe.
