What you get with this Big Gun EXO Series full system exhaust is a complete package designed to handle the demands of powerful MX motors. It includes a lightweight brushed aluminum muffler with a unique hexagon shape, a stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet, a 304 stainless steel mid-pipe, a removable screen-type spark arrestor, and a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip. The muffler bracket(s) are TIG welded for strength, ensuring everything stays securely in place.

This EXO Series exhaust was developed with a focus on increasing muffler volume to better suit larger, more powerful engines. The unique hexagon shape of the aluminum muffler housing allows for significantly more internal space. This increased volume helps to produce a deeper, more tolerable exhaust tone while also working to decrease heat buildup. The stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet is designed to further contribute to the increased volume and improved flow characteristics. You can expect notable horsepower and torque gains from this system, making your Yamaha YZ 450F perform even better.

A removable screen-type spark arrestor is included, which is important for trail riding to prevent sparks from escaping.
