Big Gun 21-23 Honda CRF 450R EXO Aluminum Full System Exhaust

This is the Big Gun EXO Series full exhaust system, specifically made for the 2021 through 2023 Honda CRF 450R. If you're looking to get more out of your MX bike's engine, this system is designed to handle the demands of larger, more powerful motors. It's built to give you a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque, making your bike feel more responsive and powerful on the track or trail.

The EXO Series muffler is a unique hexagon shape, which gives it significantly more internal volume compared to standard round mufflers. This larger volume helps to create a deeper, more tolerable exhaust sound while also working to decrease heat buildup. The inlet is a stamped 304 stainless steel cone, also designed for increased volume. The muffler itself is made from lightweight brushed aluminum, and the mid-pipe is constructed from 304 stainless steel for durability. All the welds are TIG welded, and the muffler bracket(s) are reinforced to handle the rigors of off-road riding.

Included with this system is a removable screen-type spark arrestor, which is important for trail riding in certain areas. It also comes with a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip for a clean look. Keep in mind that this exhaust system is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
