What you get with this Big Gun EXO Series slip-on exhaust is a complete package designed to give your 1993-2023 Honda XR 650L a serious performance boost. This kit includes a lightweight brushed aluminum muffler with a unique hexagon shape, a 304 stainless steel mid-pipe, a stamped 304 stainless steel coned inlet, a removable screen-type spark arrestor, and a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip. It’s all handmade in the USA, with TIG welded reinforced muffler brackets for solid mounting.

The EXO Series was developed to meet the demands of larger, more powerful engines like the one in your XR 650L. The large, hexagon-shaped muffler housing offers significantly more internal volume compared to stock. This increased volume helps to decrease heat and allows for a deeper, more tolerable exhaust tone, thanks to internal sound wave altering technology. The stainless steel coned inlet also contributes to this increased volume and improved flow. You can expect noticeable horsepower and torque gains from this system, making your bike feel more responsive and powerful.

This exhaust is designed as a slip-on, meaning it replaces your stock muffler and mid-pipe, connecting directly to your bike's head pipe. The included removable screen-type spark arrestor is important for off-road riding to prevent sparks from escaping. Please note that this exhaust is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. For installation, you'll typically connect the stainless steel mid-pipe to your existing head pipe and then slip the aluminum muffler onto the mid-pipe, securing it with the provided hardware and brackets.
