This Big Gun EVO R Series Full System Exhaust kit includes the muffler, mid pipe, and head pipe. It also comes with a removable screen-type spark arrestor, and all necessary brackets for installation. This system is designed to give your 1994-2014 Kawasaki KLX 250 S, R, SF, or 300R a significant boost in power and a much better sound than the stock exhaust.

You'll notice a difference right away with this exhaust. The muffler itself has a sleek, oval shape that's made from hard-anodized aluminum, which helps keep it clear of obstacles during aggressive riding. The mid and head pipes are constructed from 304 stainless steel, and the whole system is TIG welded for solid connections.
