The 304 stainless steel mid-pipe on this Big Gun EVO U Series slip-on exhaust is a solid starting point for improved performance on your 96-05 Honda Foreman 400/450 S/ES. This exhaust is handmade in the USA and built to give your utility ATV a deep, throaty sound that’s a far cry from the stock system.

The oval-shaped aluminum muffler features a high-temperature black thermal coating for durability and a sleek design that helps maintain maximum clearance. It’s TIG welded for strong connections and includes a reinforced bracket to keep it securely in place. You also get a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip and a removable screen-type spark arrestor, which is important for trail riding. A Vortex Quiet Insert is included if you need to reduce sound levels further.
