What you get with this Big Gun EVO R Series full system exhaust is a complete package designed to wake up your 1999-2005 Yamaha TTR 225. This system includes a TIG welded stainless steel mid and head pipe, an oval-shaped aluminum muffler with a red powder-coated stainless steel end tip, and a removable screen-type spark arrestor. It's built to offer a significant improvement over your stock exhaust.

This exhaust system is handmade in the USA and is designed to shed weight compared to the original setup. The sleek muffler shape is engineered to provide maximum clearance, so you don't have to worry about it getting in the way during aggressive riding. You'll notice a substantial increase in horsepower and torque, along with a much better sound than your stock system. The muffler bracket(s) are reinforced for added durability.
