This BikeMaster 520 BMXR X-Ring chain comes with both a rivet master link and a clip master link, giving you options for installation. It's designed as an OEM replacement for motorcycles up to 1,000cc for street use or 750cc for off-road applications.
Compared to standard O-ring chains, this BMXR series chain offers significantly longer wear resistance, about 1.5 to 2 times more. This improved durability comes from computer-analyzed component design that results in higher tensile strength, and a specially controlled heat treatment process that makes the material tougher. The Q4 seal ring is a key feature here; it creates less friction, which means less power loss – almost half that of a standard O-ring chain. You also get reinforced pins and rollers for better wear and impact resistance.
