Bilstein is well-known for their suspension components, and their Black Hawk Powersports coilovers are built to significantly improve your UTV's performance. These are a direct fit for a range of Polaris RZR XP 4 1000 models, including the Premium and Sport trims. They feature Bilstein’s patented ZoneControl position sensitive technology, which uses 5 independently tuned damping zones—3 for compression and 2 for rebound. This system includes an internal Jounce Cut Off (JCO) that works like a 2-stage hydraulic bump stop, adjustable with a 10-position clicker to fine-tune bottom-out control. For rebound, the Rebound Cut Off (RCO) helps settle the vehicle during suspension droop and protects the damper, removing the need for a limit strap.

You get four external adjustments: high and low-speed compression, rebound, and JCO. These are easily accessible, allowing for quick damping changes on the trail. The Black Hawk Powersports coilovers have an all-aluminum construction with gold finned reservoirs, and they come with dual-rate coils and crossover nuts for straightforward ride height and spring preload adjustments.
