Starting with an all-aluminum body and gold finned reservoirs, these Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports coilovers are built to handle tough conditions. They feature Bilstein’s patented ZoneControl position sensitive technology, which uses 5 independently tuned damping zones—3 for compression and 2 for rebound. This system includes an internal Jounce Cut Off (JCO) that acts like a two-stage hydraulic bump stop, protecting the suspension from harsh impacts. You can fine-tune this bottom-out control with a 10-position clicker.

For rebound, the ZoneControl system incorporates a Rebound Cut Off (RCO) that helps settle the vehicle during suspension droop, effectively eliminating the need for a limit strap and protecting the damper. These coilovers offer four external adjustments: high and low-speed compression, rebound, and the JCO, all easily accessible for on-the-fly changes. They come equipped with dual-rate coils and crossover nuts, allowing for straightforward adjustments to ride height and spring preload.
