The Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports coilovers feature a unique 4-way adjustable damping system, including high and low-speed compression, rebound, and an adjustable internal hydraulic bump stop (JCO). This advanced setup is built into an all-aluminum body with gold finned reservoirs, designed to handle demanding conditions right out of the box. These are a direct fit for your UTV, meaning they're made to install without modification.

Bilstein’s patented ZoneControl position-sensitive technology is at the heart of these coilovers. It uses 5 independently tuned damping zones—3 for compression and 2 for rebound—to provide a smooth and controlled ride. The internal Jounce Cut Off (JCO) system acts like a 2-stage hydraulic bump stop, and its 10-position clicker lets you fine-tune how the suspension handles hard impacts to prevent bottoming out. For rebound, the Rebound Cut Off (RCO) feature helps settle the vehicle during suspension droop, protecting the damper and potentially eliminating the need for a limit strap.

These coilovers come equipped with dual-rate coils and crossover nuts, making it simple to adjust ride height and spring preload.
