The Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports coilovers feature Bilstein’s patented ZoneControl position sensitive technology, which uses 5 independently tuned damping zones to significantly improve your UTV's performance. This advanced system includes 3 compression zones and 2 rebound zones, giving you precise control over how your suspension reacts to the terrain. It also incorporates an internal Jounce Cut Off system (JCO), acting as a two-stage hydraulic bump stop. The JCO has a 10-position clicker that allows you to fine-tune the control you have when the suspension reaches its limit, helping to prevent harsh bottoming out.

For rebound, the ZoneControl system includes a Rebound Cut Off (RCO) that helps settle the vehicle during suspension droop, protecting the damper and eliminating the need for a limit strap. These coilovers offer four distinct external adjustment points: high-speed and low-speed compression, rebound, and the JCO. All adjustments are easily accessible, allowing for quick changes on the fly to adapt to changing conditions. The all-aluminum construction with gold finned reservoirs not only looks good but also helps with heat dissipation. Each assembly comes with dual-rate coils and crossover nuts, making ride height and spring preload adjustments straightforward.
