Bilstein is well-known for their suspension components, and their Black Hawk Powersports coilovers are built to significantly improve your UTV's performance. This front assembly is a direct fit for a range of Polaris RZR models, including the Turbo R 4 Premium, Sport, and Ultimate from 2022-2024, as well as the Pro S 4 models from 2025. These coilovers feature Bilstein’s patented ZoneControl position-sensitive technology, which uses 5 independently tuned damping zones—3 for compression and 2 for rebound—to manage suspension forces across the entire range of travel.

What really sets these apart is the advanced adjustability. You get 4 distinct external adjustments: high-speed and low-speed compression, rebound, and a 10-position clicker for the internal Jounce Cut Off (JCO) system. The JCO acts like a two-stage hydraulic bump stop, giving you fine-tuned control over bottoming out. On the rebound side, the Rebound Cut Off (RCO) helps settle the vehicle during suspension droop and protects the damper, potentially eliminating the need for a limit strap. This means you can make quick damping changes on the fly to suit different terrains or riding styles.

Constructed from all-aluminum with gold finned reservoirs, these coilovers are designed to withstand demanding race conditions right out of the box. They come with dual-rate coils and crossover nuts, making it straightforward to adjust ride height and spring preload.
