These springs are made from strong chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire and are cold wound on a CNC coiling machine, which ensures that each spring is made to the same specifications. To prevent sagging over time, BMR compresses each spring solid twice at the factory, giving it a permanent set. They also stress-relieve the springs at 750 degrees F and shot-peen them to remove any residual stresses from the manufacturing process.
