The main job of a sway bar is to reduce body roll during cornering and to help you dial in the car's understeer or oversteer balance. The stock sway bars often don't do a great job because they're made from smaller tubing. BMR built this SB042 sway bar from heavy-wall 25mm DOM tubing, which is cold-formed to help it keep its shape and resist fatigue over time. It's CNC-formed for precise dimensions, and the kit includes fabricated, TIG-welded end links and 88-durometer polyurethane bushings. These stiffer bushings replace the softer stock rubber ones, reducing flex and giving you a more direct feel from the suspension.

What really sets this kit apart is the 4-way adjustability. This lets you fine-tune the torsional spring rate, which directly impacts how the car handles. You can stiffen it up for flatter cornering or adjust it to help balance the car's tendency to push or rotate. The polyurethane bushings are internally fluted to help hold grease, keeping them lubricated and quiet.
