BMR 15-17 S550 Mustang Cradle Bushing Lockout Kit - Red

BMR Suspension is known for making well-built chassis and suspension components that improve vehicle handling. This cradle bushing lockout kit is designed to tackle one of the most common issues for performance Mustangs: wheel hop. By nearly eliminating movement in the cradle bushings, you'll get a more solid connection between the chassis and the drivetrain, which is crucial for putting power down effectively.

This kit is built tough, using a combination of 6061-T6 billet aluminum, stainless steel, and heavy-duty 1 5/8-inch DOM steel tubing. The billet aluminum lockout rings clamp down on the inner bushing sleeve and the outer lip of the bushing cup, while lower washers capture the bottom of the inner sleeves. This setup locks the cradle down in all directions—fore/aft, lateral, and vertical—to stop unwanted movement. The kit also includes bolt-on cradle braces that replace the factory shear plates, with a lug that positively locates the cradle and bolts that secure its position under the car.

Installation is straightforward since this is a 100% bolt-on kit that uses existing holes and hardware, making it manageable with basic hand tools. The red finish on the lockout rings adds a nice touch under the car.
