This BMR sway bar is built from heavy-duty 1.25-inch DOM steel tubing, which is cold-formed to resist twisting forces better and keep its shape over time. The bar is CNC-formed to ensure it's made to precise dimensions, and BMR welds on thrust washers to keep the bushings properly located, preventing side-to-side movement during hard cornering. It uses 88-durometer polyurethane bushings, which are much stiffer than the stock rubber ones and help minimize deflection, giving you a more connected feel to the road.
