Stock sway bars are often made from smaller diameter tubing, which limits their effectiveness. BMR addresses this by using heavy-duty, solid steel bar stock: 32mm for the front bar and 1-inch for the rear bar. This larger diameter, combined with cold forming, helps the bars resist torsional fatigue and maintain their shape and spring rate over time, unlike many hot-formed bars you might see elsewhere.

The kit includes everything you need to get these bars installed and working effectively. The front sway bar uses 88-durometer polyurethane bushings, which are molded for low deflection and have internal flutes to help hold grease, keeping them lubricated and quiet. The mounting brackets for the front bar are also reinforced to minimize flex. The rear sway bar mounts directly to the factory location on your lower control arms.
