BMR engineered this sway bar from heavy-wall 1.25-inch DOM tubing, which is cold-formed to resist torsional fatigue and maintain its shape over time. The bar is CNC-formed for precise dimensions, ensuring consistent results. It attaches to your Nova using 88-durometer polyurethane bushings, which offer reduced deflection compared to stock rubber bushings. These bushings are internally fluted to help retain grease, and the included end links are TIG-welded and reinforced to minimize flex during hard cornering. This setup offers a significant increase in torsional rate over the stock bar, which helps reduce body roll and improve cornering stability.
