They're fabricated using heavy-duty 1.25-inch DOM tubing with a 0.095-inch wall thickness, paired with laser-cut, CNC-formed steel plates for extra strength. Inside, you'll find CNC machined, nickel-plated dual-offset cross-shafts and robust stainless steel bushing retainers. The arms come pre-assembled with new polyurethane bump stops and upper ball joints. The 95-durometer polyurethane bushings are greasable and internally fluted, meaning they distribute grease evenly to the inner sleeve and outer thrust surface. This design helps ensure quiet operation and keeps things lubricated for a solid, more responsive feel compared to stock rubber bushings.
