BMR 78-87 G-Body Adj. Rear Suspension Kit - Red

When you're looking to get more out of your 1978-1987 GM G-body, whether it's for launching harder at the drag strip, reducing wheel hop, or just making it handle better on the street, BMR Suspension has put together a solid rear suspension kit for you. What you get in this kit is a pair of heavy-duty lower control arms, a pair of on-car adjustable upper control arms, and control arm reinforcement braces. These components replace the stock stamped steel arms that tend to flex and absorb power, instead of sending it to the tires.

The lower control arms are built from strong 1.50-inch diameter, 0.120-inch wall DOM steel tubing, giving you the strength needed for performance driving. The upper control arms use 1.25-inch diameter, 0.120-inch wall DOM steel tubing, and feature a CNC-machined chrome-moly steel adjuster with rolled threads for maximum durability. These arms are designed to handle significant compression loads. To further stiffen the chassis and reduce frame flex, the included reinforcement braces are made from 1.0-inch diameter, 0.156-inch wall steel tubing. All the control arms come equipped with greasable, 95-durometer polyurethane bushings. These bushings offer a much more solid and responsive feel compared to the stock rubber ones, and BMR's internal fluting design helps keep grease where it needs to be, even under hard use.
