BMR specifically designed this kit to work with Viking Performance coil-over shocks, recommending their C209W model. For those shocks, BMR suggests 10- or 12-inch springs, with 10-inch springs suitable for rates 150lb/in or less, and 10-inch springs also recommended for rates 175lb/in or higher when using these shocks. The kit comes bare, ready for you to weld it in and finish as you like.
