When you're working on a 1998-2004 Ford Mustang hardtop, especially one that sees a good amount of torque or horsepower, you'll notice the chassis can flex quite a bit. That's where these weld-on subframe connectors from BMR Suspension come in. They're designed to tie the front and rear subframes together, creating a much more solid platform for your Mustang.

What you get in this kit are tubular subframe connectors made from strong 1 5/8-inch steel tubing. The mounting plates are laser-cut from 3/16-inch steel, which means they're well-built and add significant strength where it's needed most. Welding these in will considerably strengthen the chassis and help reinforce the rear suspension, leading to improved handling and a more connected feel when you're driving.
