This BMR Suspension Tubular K-member kit for your 1998-2002 Chevrolet Camaro includes the main K-member assembly, integrated frame stands, and mounts for both Turbo LS1 engines and standard steering racks. It's designed to replace the heavy factory K-member, offering a significant reduction in weight and an increase in front-end structural rigidity. This upgrade is particularly beneficial if you're installing large-tube headers or a turbo kit, as it provides the necessary clearance.

Manufactured from strong 1-5/8-inch x 0.120 wall and 1-1/4-inch x 0.095 wall DOM tubing, this K-member is built to last and handle demanding street performance, drag racing, or road racing conditions. BMR's design incorporates unique integrated frame stands that replace the factory cast iron ones, further reducing weight and allowing for the use of larger diameter tubing and thicker mounting plates for added strength. The entire assembly is a 100-percent bolt-in part, meaning no modifications are needed for installation. When paired with BMR's upper and lower A-arms, you can expect a minimum weight reduction of 42 pounds from the front end alone.

This K-member comes finished in a durable black hammertone powdercoat for a long-lasting appearance. It's proudly made in the U.S.A. and is designed to work with either factory or manual steering racks. Installation typically takes about 4-5 hours.
