When you're looking to get the most out of your suspension, especially if you've already upgraded to a larger sway bar, the mounting hardware makes a big difference. These Billet Aluminum/Delrin Sway Bar Mounting Kits from BMR Suspension are designed to work with 1 3/8-inch sway bars, including BMR's own Xtreme Anti Roll Bars. They're a solid upgrade over the standard formed steel mounts that often come with polyurethane bushings.

The key here is eliminating deflection. While polyurethane bushings are good, under extreme loads, they can compress slightly, absorbing some of your sway bar's effectiveness and allowing a bit more body roll than you might want. BMR's kit uses CNC-machined billet aluminum saddles and Delrin bushings to create a solid mount that connects the sway bar directly to the chassis. This means no wasted energy, reduced body roll, and more consistent handling and launches. The Delrin bushings are also greasable, which helps ensure smooth operation and a long service life.
